Captain Zipline is now an Adventure Park! Come and play in our canyon on our best-in-the-west Canyon Aerial Course ... Fly across our ziplines while on the Lost Canyon Zipline Tour ... Or climb the cliffs while attached to a safety tether on our Via Ferrata Courses! Captain Zipline has created an amazing "jungle gym" in the canyon--a challenge course with elements such as swinging bridges, tightropes, cargo nets, balance beams, a trapeze, etc. The tour has over 100 elements with courses that are rated like those of the ski resorts--from entry level to black diamond! Guests can now book the Canyon Aerial Course and Zipline tours online. We also have a new Visitor's Center, located only about 1 mile from the Park. This Center is our NEW Meeting Place for ALL TOURS: 1500 County Road 45, Salida, CO 81201.

Both the aerial course and zip line were great. I took my grandson on the aerial course and we surprised ourselves by being able to get to the the blue (3rd) level. I am 67 and he is 11. We would not have been able...More

I am honestly surprised by all of the positive reviews. It did not appear to be a well organized operation. The two main guides we had did not seem professional and I was a little nervous about the appearance of their skill level. Most of...More

We appreciate all the reviews, even the ones that where our guests are not entirely thrilled with the experience. It helps us improve! The two guides mentioned were on their first trip of the year and they were "shadowing" the other guide. All the interesting...More

Captain Zipline offers both ziplines and an aerial course. We did only the Canyon Aerial Course on this visit. The canyon scenery itself is great, and the aerial course is incredibly diverse. Our late teens/early 20's sons pushed themselves to the blue and black courses,...More

I have ziplined before in Hawaii and it was an awesome experience. My husband and I are in our lower 50's and love the adrealine rush of ziplining. We were planning on going extreme ziplining and white water rafting at the Royal Gorge, but I was wondering if anyone has gone there and been in Salida to Captain Zipline. Wondering what's the difference. Any help would be appreciated. Safety and excitement are what we are looking for. Thanks.
