Of so the zoos I've been to this one is the most disappointing. It's VERY pricey for so little to look at. It took us about 20 minutes to go through and see everything. We went to at least 5 enclosures where we couldn't even...More

Nice assortment of animals including a cute little barn yard collection. It was very clean. Nice tree canopy kept temps reasonable on a very hot day. I think a bit pricey for what it was.

We visited because we have a pass to our local zoo, the Pueblo zoo honors that pass as a half price to their zoo. It is small but very well done. All exhibits are well done and have excellent views. It is clean and staff...More

Hey, this is a really nice zoo! I’ve lived in Pueblo for about 11 years, the last nine about a mile or so from the zoo, and had never made the trip. My grandkids were visiting three weeks ago, so I thought I could take...More

This is a great place to take young children who aren't inclined to spend the day socializing with zebras, small mammals, nice variety of birds and grassy spaces between exhibits. There are many trees for shade, and in summer there is an additional attraction of...More

We took our grandkids and while it is a small zoo I enjoyed it. Just big enough and it looks like they are doing improvements. It was really nice watching lion cubs play with their mother. Loved the painted dogs. Will be back.

I love this Zoo! Small enough to take your little kids and let them run without getting hurt. Nice and flat, wide open grassy areas, and nice wide walkways that are great for wheel chairs. Beautiful grounds, great for parties, especially in the fall when...More

The pueblo zoo is always a fun trip we make with our kids. They have very cheap pricing and a wonderful gift shop. It's fairly easy to find and isn't over whelmingly busy at times.

Thanks for the question. They allow service pets. However, as they can't predict the behavior of untrained non-service pets nor the reaction of the resident animals, they do not allow non-service pets. It is also a safety... More

They are viewable year round. With the weather heating up they will be more active in the morning when it's cooler. Have a wonderful visit!
