The distillery is a must when you're in Palisade. Their vodka is especially good. Be careful though. They are generous in their pour. I recommend the Bloody Mary. Try it with jalapeno infused vodka!

I dare you to find a cocktail you don't like. From a Whiskey Daisey to a Grape Ricky, or just a shot...they've got something for everyone!! Their infused goats are super yummy and create unique, yummy cocktails. A must stop when in Palisade!!!

VERY popular on weekend evenings, but get there early and taste your way through the bar! Don't miss the infused vodkas on the back shelf.

We always stop by when we pass through. Handcrafted spirits. Huge cocktail menu. They have lots of infused vodkas!

Awesome stop on the wine tour bike ride extravaganza that is Palisade. Staff is educational and fun, the last time we stopped in they had a little food truck which was helpful because the cocktails were delish!

We stopped by Peach Street Distillers late Friday afternoon. The place is divided into two sides - the bar side (where drinks are sold) and the tasting room side (where you can learn about and taste the distillery's offerings.) Zach, who works on the tasting room side, was great - very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed tasting the spirits. Then... More

We weren't entirely sure what we were visiting when we drove up. Turns out it is a distillery with a whiskey bar. You can taste varieties of whiskey at certain times. We ordered a Colorado Bourbon on the rocks and a Whiskey Ginger and went outside to sit and sip on the patio. There is no food menu here, but... More

Stopped in after visiting several local winery's. Interesting place tried a few selections of their locally made special's. Although this is not exactly my cup of tea it was enjoyable to see the process involved and sample the local flavors.

My husband and I had a fantastic tour with just the two of us. We both learned a lot about the process, which made us both appreciate the tasting. I had a Moscow mule with their goat vodka and my husband had a tom Collins with their gin. Both were delicious and not expensive. Very laid back atmosphere and I've... More
