Offers several private and public soaking tubs to enjoy the springs in a vintage looking setting. Wasn't very crowded so had alone time. They offer towels, lockers, showers with shampoo/conditioner for after the soaks. Sulfur smell pretty strong, so advisable to shower afterward. Easy parking, helpful staff.

This was our first visit to a hot spring. The Overlook has three hot springs pools of varying temperatures, and a cooling pool, indoors. Outside off the main floor in the courtyard area is a larger pool - about the size of a big hot tub - and about 4 individual pools. And then there are the rooftop pools which... More

This was the first experience we had for the Hot Springs. We visited Pagosa Springs, Colorado last week for a week. This Hot Springs was right in town. They even have a rooftop spa and the price was reasonable. We're both Seniors and it was $7.00 per person. It was a great experience. They have dressing rooms, showers, with shampoo... More

Enjoyed a great, relaxing Swedish massage from Tonia. Then had a very nice soak in one the several indoor pools. The temperature of the water was just right---very peaceful. Finished off my visit in the very clean shower/locker room. Side sprays and a rain shower head that all worked perfectly. I'll definitely be going back before we leave Pagosa Springs.

Last time we visited Pagosa Springs, we went to the springs that are bigger and a bit more crowded. We decided to give this place across the street a chance. We were not disappointed. They have inside and rooftop pools of various temperatures and Rebecca was the epitome of great customer service from the moment we walked in and throughout... More

Went with my husband looking to relax and soak our sore muscles and this place didn't disappoint in that aspect. I am short, 5'3" and couldn't enjoy scenery on the rooftop of river due to sides being high (but rather be safe than sorry). The smell is of strong sulfur (rotten eggs if you're unsure). We were not prepared for... More

I saw this place while visiting the Hot Springs park, so I took my teenagers with me there. It was so awesome! We loved relaxing in the baths on the roof and what's more, it snowed while we were in the baths on the roof in open! I never had an experience like that in my whole life! It's a... More

A small facility where you can take advantage of the natural mineral springs without dealing with the crowds at the better-known facility around the corner. Just a small number of pools so there's never a big crowd - choice of outside or inside, pools that hold maybe 6-8 down to a small pool perfect for just two. They also have... More

The go to place in Pagosa to enjoy the hot mineral baths to Sotheby's what ails you. Was recommended by a local who explained there were no frills just multiple tubs of hot soothing mineral water and a cold water tank to cool off with. When we were there we virtually had the place to ourselves.

My wife and I couldn't stop in Pegosa Springs without actually visiting a spring spa! We opted for Overlook because it had indoor and outdoor pools. The kicker here is the outdoor pools are on the roof and and you could sit, relax at look at the mountains or the river below. it is also very affordable, the staff is... More
