Jason was an excellent guide. Easy walk into the mine with a wealth of information. Kids ages of 6 and 3 did well and enjoyed the gold panning also. Nice gift shop.

This is a must do when in Ouray! Even if you don't have kids! Joe is a fantastic tour guide. So informative. His father and grandfather even worked the mines! How cool is that. Be sure to pan for gold afterwards. SO MUCH FUN!!!!
