This view was one of the most beautiful I have seen. Although, if you're afraid of heights, I definitely would not recommend. There are few guard rails on the road. There is a pretty lake with a view of the mountains in the back on...More

We enjoyed our rail trip to the top and back down. Only downside is not much time at the top. Be sure and spend your time looking around outside before going in. The views are so much better than the shop or donuts however send...More

Great way to avoid the harrowing drive up the narrow hairpin curved roadway to the top of Pike's Peak! The conductors share lots of fantastic information about the area, history of the mountain and point out landmarks. It is a slow ride (about an hour...More

I grew up coming to visit family and going to the top of Pikes Peak on the cog rail. I was excited to have the opportunity to show my husband this treasure only to find out it isn’t going to be open and may not...More

Couldn’t go up as it needs renovations and the owners aren’t sure if or when they’ll be opening up again as the whole thing needs updating and costs are high. Same as it’s a real icon still in the town.

It is closed. No reason to visit Manitou Springs. The Train is close and Broadmoor owns everything else in town. Avoid ! Parking Cost $ ridiculous for this town

Enjoyed a ride up pikes peak back in 2017. Love the town that's located near the railway. Tons of great little shops with a supreme atmosphere that gets you away from city vibes. The entire process was easy. Great views on the way up,down, and...More

First timer, and what a memory! Loved everything about it, from parking attendants helping us to find a spot, to our guide lady in the train. The views on top, snow balls fight in August, everything was a story maker. If you are in the...More
