Discovered in 1881, Cave of the Winds has been a premier Colorado attraction for more than a century. Explore amazing caverns, experience total cave darkness, and marvel at the beauty of formations hundreds of thousands of years old. Then step outside and walk on the wind on the Wind Walker Challenge Course, fly like a bat on the Bat-a-Pult Zip Line, and/or dive into Williams Canyon on the one of a kind aerial dive ride the TERROR-Dactyl. Safe and fun for the whole family!

This was one of my favorites attractions! There is so much to learn and see inside the caves that you do not want to get out of them!

Good tour of the cave. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable. Watch your step and watch your head. I would recommend Cave of the Winds if you are in the area.

We went on the lantern tour and it was lots of fun. Our guide provided the story behind the caves and was very informative. Make sure you are in decent shape, there is some climbing involved and some tight spots to get through.

great views from the visitor center. The cave tour was lovely. I'm from florida and I've experienced a lot of caves and tours. These guys were great, informative. It's unfortunate they done have more stalactites and stalagmites, but, it is what it is. If you might have an inkling of claustrophobia, don't do this. And reservations a head of time... More

My husband and I love to go through local caves when visiting new areas, especially since he has his master's in geology. This was an excellent trip and our tour guide was up to date with the facts of the cave. The most impressive aspect of our tour guide was that when asked a question she didn't know, she admitted... I have been to a lot of caves throughout KY and AZ as well as Chile so I do have some perspective on the Cave of the Winds. It is different in that you are up in the mountains versus being under them so that was interesting. The tour takes about an hour and has easily walked trials. If is... More

Nice attraction. Take the tour because it is very interesting if you like caves. We had tour guides Dustin and Sam who was being trained as a guide. Dustin was excellent.
