This trail makes a nice loop around the town and up into the bills overlooking it. Great way to get to the Matchless Mine for their little tour. It may not be super easy for lowlanders, but my 8-year old daughter did just fine with...More

Hiked here with 2 others. Have hiked here in past. Early morning air is cool and lovely in summer. If you are not from Colorado, keep in mind that the altitude is over 10,000 feet and take it easy. Bring water, wear a hat, etc....More

Did the trail on mountain bikes and loved it. Very informative plaques placed about every 1/2 mile or so to help explain what you are seeing.
