Headed into Rocky Mountain National Park this is a must stop to find out about the town of Grand Lake and area services. Can not miss it. Why 34 left takes you to the park to the right Grand Lake.

Enjoyed our visit there. The staff was polite. One staff member warned me to not carry my umbrella opened during the rain because of lightning. The bathrooms were clean. I got a kick out of the "Pull Gently" signs. The gift shop was competitively priced....More

The food choices are excellent. The North Forty Tea/Coffee is excellent. The boat tour just down from the museum in the center of town is excellent. The shops are friendly and have cute stuff. Definitely can spend day after day here.

I considered many cabins in the area. They were listed under VRBO. Many of them looked great. The prices varied. Good Luck. We really enjoyed the Gateway Inn if a cabin doesn't work out.
