I was at the tail end of a cold, and my facialist did such a nice job of steaming my face, and massaging my sinus areas and head. I felt so much better afterward and my skin was glowing.

My girlfriend and I relaxed in the pool area for a couple of hours. It was a great time. We did this in the evening and it was pretty cool to see the moon while out in the pool.

If you are going to the incredible town of Glenwood Springs, I'd stay clear of this place. The lady on front desk was so rude and nasty. I'd stick with either Hot Springs as they are people friendly. The Yampah Spa lady acted like a spoiled child. I love the local hot springs but not there.

We come here as often as possible, Very relaxing as long as it's not too busy, some people are loud, but what can you do, the caves themselves are awesome, and you sweat out so many toxins, they supply towels and have an ice water dispenser to keep you hydrated, I really enjoy this place just the way it is.

I've been a number of times and I can say without a doubt this place is definitely an experience! The locker room is grim, the caves can be crowded if you don't time your visit right, and the building is very dated but without some of the desirable historic charm that it could have. HOWEVER, I have always enjoyed my... More

Booked a 25 minute massage and 50 minute facial, spent an hour in the caves, place was packed with people, standing room only. The solarium were they tell you to relax while you wait for your massage, packed, no place to sit. When lounge chair came available, gross, damp and old cushion. Massage was really only about 19 minutes, kind da... More

My husband and I recently visited the Vapor Caves. Very interesting! You are able to move between different caves that vary in temperature. I was not able to stand the hottest room but my husband loved it. My recommendation would be to bring flip flops, as we didn't and I wish I would have. We also both had massages. The... More

The vapor cave is a cave, keep that in mind. Caves aren't posh; they're dark and made of rock. Now that we're clear, this cave is incredible! Talk about healing and purifying. Yes, the locker rooms are old...so it the cave. The sketchy stairs leading into the cave are, well, sketchy, but that's the point. It's a cave. The magic... More

It's definitely worth to come here for the caves. It's a very unique experience. The dressing rooms and showers are a bit old fashioned, so it the quiet room, but that doesn't concern the caves, which are stunning. It's a great atmosphere, especially knowing this is all natural. For the caves I would do it all again. As for the... More
