I already reviewed this but Trip Advisor wants me to do it again. It is magnificent. Canyon walls not done justice by photographs. The river flows year round, and if you are tired of the Colorado front range brown, go inside these luscious rocks that...More

This is an excellently maintained, semi challenging trail, that is well worth the $8.00 parking fee. The entrance person suggested I park at the closest parking lot and walk the extra .5 mile to the trailhead so that I could see the canyon bottom and...More

This park is great for hiking and picnicking. We arrived late so only had time to see the wheelchair accessible Whale Tail. The snow on the trees was gorgeous to look at.

Came here on Black Friday instead of shopping. Decided to hike solo for once. I usually have two kids that I drag along with me. I love this state park. Watching the rock climber to seeing the continental divide. Such a great history here

Followed the trail to rattlesnake gulch and continental view point. Great views of snow capped mountains. Passed Craig's hotel. Trail was busy even though early season. Good parking. Clean toilets.

excellent hiking, close to nature, nearby the city, but feels a world away. It was fun to watch the rock climbers! You can take a picnic and enjoy the bubbling stream. Stay for an hour or all day!

We did not have a lot of time, but in a couple of hours we had it was a nice walk with spectacular views. The trails are accessible for the young kids my friends took with them.

I did see people walking their dogs on the trails across from where I hiked. So I'd say areas are good.
