Stopped here for lunch and we were not disappointed. The food was good and Zanda provided decent service. I always check out the memorabilia. Gwen Stafani, Hendrix of course, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Elton, Billy Idol, and Todd Rundgren were all represented. My favorite exhibit was Pete Townsend and the smashed guitar in the case! Be sure to go upstairs because it is bigger than the Cafe looks down below.
Wilbert was friendly in the Rock Shop and I found 3 pins to my liking.
Music choice upon arrival was questionable considering the age of the crowd. Korn's screaming did not fit the moment. Someone must have read the room or someone complained because shortly thereafter the videos were more mainstream. Overall a very good experience within the brand!

Where to begin with this review as this place is totally awful. We have visited many HRC’s on our holidays and this location completely sucks. It was clear from the approach of the ‘server’ that straight away she took a dislike to us for some reason - though I believe it to be age discrimination. The couple in front of us were slightly older than us and she was rude to them when they asked about sitting at the bar. When she came to us she basically looked us up and down then told us there was at least a 30 minute wait despite 75% of tables being free when this was queried she just shrugged her shoulders. We decided to leave but then watched open mouthed as a young family who came in as we left were seated straight away along with a young couple who came in just after. When I went back in to challenge this she said they were told there was a 30 min wait so were sitting at the bar (with a child???] - what lies as we waited and watched outside and evidenced them being seated and served within 5 mins. All other diners seemed to be a bit younger than us and I truly believe we did not fit with her idea of the demographic she thought was best. I wasn’t aware rock and roll is for people of a certain age only and has only been about for a few years that ‘young’ people can appreciate. We both have never been so angry about the sheer level of abject discrimination we experienced. Love all serve all may be HR’s motto but it is in no way being enforced or understood here. We will NEVER go into a HRC again if this is how their staff are being trained or this service is being accepted. Disgusted 50+ year olds with disposable income we will take elsewhere.

I really enjoyed visiting the hard rock cafe in Denver as a music fan. The staff were really nice and attentive, checking on me multiple times. It was a Monday afternoon, so it wasn't very busy. For joining the rewards program you get a huge sundae which was cool. I bought some souvenirs from the gift shop and looked at some of the music memorabilia, which there was a lot of due to it being two stories. The restaurant has a fancy atmosphere with chandeliers, etc.

We came in after a Rockies game so it was busy. They sat us right away and we had our drinks in good time. Then we waited and waited. Turned out they lost our order. Why do I give 4 stars then? The manager came over immediately, apologized, got us our food in a hurry and paid for it. Well done! We will be back, that type of leadership is hard to find.

My wife and I have been to more than 25 Hard Rock locations across 13 countries around the world and never received service as bad as we received at the Denver Hard Rock. We were seated fairly quickly but that is where the good service ended. My wife flagged down the supervisor so we could get someone to wait on us after waiting more than 15 minutes with wait staff just walking by us. The waiter that he asked to help us went and got a waitress that didn’t seem interested in serving us. We finally got up and walked out after sitting there over an hour. I was going to just leave but my wife went and spoke to the manager. She was very apologetic but hands down the worst Hard Rock I’ve ever visited. If I could rate it lower I would.

I ordered a cheese burger medium rare with fries. It came well done. Whatever, I can eat a well done burger. It was just ok. Not $18 worth though. My daughter got the tomato Mozzarella flat bread. It was cold and bland. I gave her my fries. Again not worth $15. At the end i asked for a wet wipe for my hands. He gave me one. I asked if the other people at our table could have one too. Instead of saying sure. He says well, does everyone need one?. Well, yes they do. That's why we asked. Steer clear of this place. You can get much better quality food for the money elsewhere. There are tons of options right there.

I won't go back. I ordered the local burger and it was quite delicious. I ordered it medium rare, and there was no pointing out the health risks. It was medium rare as I asked. Spicy sriracha sauce, flavorful but not burning. The fries were crispy and perfectly salted.
But a woman at the bar had a birthday and the bartender jumped on the bar screaming unintelligible words. I really expected to hear gunfire, it was that disturbing. So I'll just find a burger joint that makes great burgers without any screaming.

Hubby was in town for convention. Had a private event at HR cafe. So Much fun! Great music, great food. Had a blast!
