It's a beautiful building -- nice stain glass windows. Walking towards the church on Colfax from the Capitol gets a little sketchy -- not sure that I would walk up here later in the evenings.

The cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is one of the most beautiful churches in all of Colorado if not he USA. The stained glass is something special and unusual. The church is a must see if one is in to Architecture and building design. Amazing place to hear a sermon.

I have been there twice for ordinations. It is a beautiful cathedral. Would probably say that there is very little free parking because the cathedral is in downtown Denver.

I love looking at all of the old buildings around Denver-I don't think that I have seen so many different styles of Architecture in such close vicinity to each other, and all of it is beautiful. My only complaint is that this Cathedral remains dark at night-even after inexpensive LED lighting is available, it looks super creepy and dark at... More

Stopped by here the other day while working in the neighborhood. The church is spectacular and very peaceful and the stained glass is incredible. Well worth a visit

A lot of history , it is under construction for maintenance. Not a lot of good pictures to get as a result.

Looking to kill a few hours before our flight to Texas, we stopped by to visit the Cathedral based on recommendations on from tripadvisor on "Top things to do in Denver" ratings. We were thoroughly impressed with the detail and ornate workmanship of the cathedral on the inside. The stained glass windows throughout were some of the most impressive we... More
