This is worth a trip even if cowboy garb is not really your thing. It functions as a great museum as well and there are pictures of tons of celebrities who have visited or worn this clothing. We didn't buy anything and my horse girl friend found the prices pretty high but it was a super fun visit!

Saw a picture of Johnny Depp wearing a cool jacket so I started to research it and this company popped up to find out it's the same one. I purchased an XS for a short dude my height of 5"4 it fits perfectly. From the moment I purchased, it shipping almost instantly to arriving quickly a wonderful experience with a wonderful backstory and great quality. (Online purchase)

I visited Rockmount Ranch Wear for the first time I already own several of the embroidered shirts. It's a neat store to visit small in size foor the amount thats in there + theres a small museum upstairs, their clothing may seem like it's on the expensive side but when you figure out what a good quality dress shirt can cost you there not as pricey as they may seem. There's something in ther for everybody who likes westernwear or western history + plus the staff is very fiendly & helpful. I spent probably a little over an hour there but I was on a layover between planes you could easily spend more time there, you may even be lucky and be in there when somebody famous is shopping ther since numerous famous people wear their clothing as you'll see by all the signed pictures on the walls.

My dad was very excited to check out this place since he loves western stuff. We drove through 40 minutes of traffic to get to 16th street mall just for this store. When we finally walked into the store, we were met by a passive aggressive, rude, middle-age sales woman. She asked us if she could help us find anything, but when my dad mentioned he'd been looking for Wrangler dress jeans, she treated us like we were idiots and said that we're in a Rockmount Ranchwear store. Like yeah, we're aware, but other western stores sell other brands as well. Additionally, I have worked at retail stores myself, so the APPROPRIATE response would have been to simply say they don't sell jeans or whatever and then to maybe even recommend somewhere that would, then to graciously invite us to look around their store for other western gear. And when we did look around after, no other sales associate in the store approached us. Not the way to do business, people. I don't know why this place has such good reviews when their customer service is CLEARLY lacking. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone wanting a pleasant sales experience. Instead, go to Boots Barn. Great customer service and sooooo much more selection.

Lots of options, fun and unique environment. Staff very helpful. Even if your not into western wear, just a fun place to have a look. Bought a beautiful leather/bling belt for a very reasonable $42. Considering we were going to the George Strait concert, I was happy to find things so affordable. East to find.

Simply the best collection of Western shirts and accessories anywhere, full of style and history. Embellished, embroidered and fun to wear, the shirts are a longtime tradition, worn by cowboys and rock stars alike. Founded and maintained by the Weil family, three generations of creativity and commitment. Do not miss this store.

A beautiful store with very nice items but we were never greeted or offered assistance by the woman who sat at the desk on the computer the entire time we were there. We had to walk over & let her know we were ready to purchase our items. Once she knew we were buying something she could not have been any friendlier but that type of service may keep a lot of people from becoming paying customers.

Really wanted to buy some cowboy boots and a shirt and they couldn't help me. No boots in a size ten that were reasonably priced - like the $800 boots but waaay out of my league -and shirts seemed to be picked over with few large sizes left. I wanted to spend money but couldn't find anything to buy. They had lots of staff working the phones and computers perhaps this is really an internet based business vs retail. adios

A shop owner around the corner suggested I check out this place, and I'm glad he did! He said it's very typical of local outerwear and style/patterns. I recommend it!

I wanted to get something cowboy themed for my nephews at home. This is a cowboy heaven. Anything you need for western wear is here.... hats, boots, shirts, skirts, coats, bolos, neckerchiefs... and so much more. I spent over an hour in here just browsing. Stop in just to look at the memorabilia items and maybe you will come out a cowboy! They also have vintage items along with new......a bit pricy, but you know the saying... you get what you pay for.
