I go to the 16th Street Mall each December. The city seems to keep it clean and the bus service is exceptional. In fact, it’s what keeps the whole Mall concept alive, in my opinion. There are some nice restaurants but many of the stores...More

The downtown Denver area at the holiday time was festive and beautifully decorated. 16th Street was great to walk down and eat and shop and play. We went to dinner then went to Lucky Strikes and then heard an amazing jazz band at the jazz...More

This walk through downtown Denver is always pleasant, and made more user friendly by the free shuttles, the many shops and restaurants, and a great place to walk and people watch.

If you are in the downtown area, this is on the must visit list. Easy walking to most any food type and most hotels. They had the holiday lights on and they were spectacular!

16th street mall is a fun place to garb a bite to eat while strolling and people watching. Numerous shops and fun joints. Think of it as a way to get your walking/exercise in for a few hours.

My son and his family was introduced to 16th St.Mall last year. The teen grandchildren were enthralled with the activity and the adults were happy to see a Hard Rock Cafe.

Large stretch of restaurants, shops. Trees are decorated with lights and very holidayish. The capital, mint, cathedral, statues parks are all close by. Unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless people everywhere. Here is a free bus that you can take on this 16th street...More

Yes, I saw a few people on with luggage. If you have a stroller they do ask that it is collapsed before boarding.
