Thank you, Denver, for providing an easily accessible walk/run/bike path through your heart. The path has many entrances in Denver, goes under numerous bridges, follows the gurgling creek, and has artwork to keep you company.

I've been cycling the Creek trail for more than 20 years. I've all but given up road riding for the safety advantages of bicycle paths. The Creek trail runs along the city's second most famous waterway (after the Platte River) for miles and miles and...More

Can be a bit crowded at times but it is a very pleasant trail. Yeah it starts down at Confluence Park but be aware that you can take it all the way out to Cherry Creek Reservoir.

Fantastic! Awesome trail for riding through Denver. Road the trail twice while getting adjusted to the altitude. Went over to Lookout Mountain and climbed it. What a lung buster for someone who lives at 400'. Denver is a fantastic destination for cycling.

The path slopes upwards gradually from north to south, with an elevation gain of several hundred feet over ten miles or so as it climbs out of the Platte River Valley. Riding northwards is an easier trip than going south... More
