You need to plan ahead for this one as they have tours every half hour and they fill up. We came one day and it was full for the next two hours so came back the following day. So worth it, if you are at all interested in Colorado history and the history of this amazing woman, Margaret Brown. The... More

This is Molly (Margaret) Brown's house who was best known for surviving the Titanic sinking. Anyway, in the house they do a live guided tour that clears up many misconceptions and shows the home of this activist/survivor. The tour was about 25 minutes long. Our guide was quite knowledgeable. The house is done with a few of Brown's original possessions... More

Tour of home is so much more than just seeing a home. Molly Brown was a fascinating woman for her time and the area is full of history. Guides very informative and friendly. It is in the process of becoming more handicapped accessible. There is a wonderful gift shop. Make this part of your day on Capitol Hill. Capitol in... More

This attraction is a unique, elegant, & nostalgic look into the past of our history & the wealth that took a lifetime of work & luck to find & then lost again almost overnight. Molly's Brown stands as one of the great women of the West who became ladies during the era of the late 18th & early 19th centuries... More

If you are of a certain age, you will remember the movie, "The Unsinkable Molly Brown." A charming and fun musical with Debbie Reynolds (am I dating myself yet?) The movie only trifles with history. The real thing is so much more entertaining and interesting! It was a lovely fall day when we visited...good thing, as there was over an... More

Good walk from downtown area. Used walking app on the phone. A little pricey considering. Good information... I really did not know much about her outside of Titanic.

First this is not a tour for people who have a disability or trouble walking or standing. The parking is poor. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the family, the house and Capital Hill in Denver. The home was beautifully refurbished with some original things. I was disappointed that Molly's life wasn't as colorful as it was in the... More

For the time it was built ...wow ...cha ching! A lot of money went into this place. Saw this on the Free museum night here in Denver. The teenage daughters were even impressed. The tour ...well ...they talked too much about things that didn't pertain to the house itself. I would have preferred more talk when we got in the... More

This tour is not too long and didn't require a lot of climbing. The tour guide was very through and knowledgeable about Margaret Brown. The home does have a lot of the Brown's original items.
