Lee Valley White Water Centre was host to the London 2012 Olympic Games and you can now experience a range of activities at this venue. Rafting the Olympic course is a must for anyone ticking things of their bucket list! You'll get several runs down the course. We progressively up the fear factor each time and by your final run you’ll be surfing, high siding, spinning and nose dunking with the very best!

You can also choose from our range of other white water activities and a choice of canoeing and kayaking sessions, from family paddling on our lake to mastering our two white water courses.

Brilliant day out. I was a little nervous after seeing how ruff the water was despite being a strong swimmer. But we had an ace instructor Ariel who took us through the safety instructions and got us to practice them. Which gave me confidence I was in good hands. But as soon as we hit the rapids I loved every... More

My son bought the rafting experience as a gift for my husbands 50th birthday, they did it together and were in a raft with 4 other people and the instructor, Jorge. They were both looking forward to it and knew it would be great but said it was even better than expected. The weather was glorious and when us girls... More

Great day out! Our instructor was mark and we was brilliant. Explained everything superbly. Got everyone involved and made sure everyone was having fun but also feeling safe. The centre as a whole great. Nice atmosphere to relax, plenty of room in and outside the terrace bar. Although it was busy no one was in top of each other. Value... More

Tom and Shaun gave us a fabulous experience White Water Rafting doing everything except capsizing. There were only 4 in our raft besides them but they still got us organised to experience every aspect of the course.

He gave us a very comprehensive safety talk and then we took to the water to practice heaving somebody into the boat should they fall out and also practising swimming to... More

I work for an adult mental health charity called Core Arts & was lucky enough to be able to bring a group to have a go at white water rafting for the first time. Everyone had so much fun and overcame lots of fears and increased anxiety levels, and all said they would do it again. The adrenaline rush was... More

Chartering a raft is well worth the money-our instructors Alex and Tom were great fun and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Our two buckets of beer purchased with the drinks voucher which came with the package only made the afternoon after the rafting on their beautiful sun-bathed roof terrace that much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend. (Party of... More

Went with friends in a group of 7 but seemed to be a busy day for them with big groups was abit apprehensive of trying it out and the hassle of getting kitted up etc. When we arrived check in was smooth, getting kit and changing easy no stress when we went through each group gets an instructor allocated to... We went white water rafting for my hen do, Tom and Shaun were brilliant, they gauged how intrepid we were and made it just as exciting as we could deal with, lots of splashing, and great fun! Also great changing and bar/cafe facilities, great day out.
