I went with my family as a child back in 1968 - took my daughter in 1996. It's a small, old fashioned theme park. Lots of hands on activities for kids too!

Great vacation stop for kids. Good safe family atmosphere. The Christmas theme is terrific. I went when I was a child and everyone we told about it were very pleased the went.

Visiting The North Pole has always been a family tradition since I was a little girl. This amusement park is a gem tucked away right outside of the Springs. Fairly priced & fun for the whole family.

This is one of the best attractions in the Pikes Peak region. A fabulous amusement park on the road to Pikes Peak in Cascade. If you haven't taken your kids or grand kids, you are missing the boat.

If you have young children or grand children, this place is a must! Be aware that it's actually on Pikes Peak Mountain, and in December, it's COLD! It's all outdoors, so dress appropriately. They have lots of rides for kids, a few concessions, pictures with...More

Had an amazing time, this place had rides for kids & adults. Loved that you didn't have to pay for food or stuff you purchased until you checked out of the park. FUN place.

No, butt here is a train that runs around the park. Off and on at the only "station" in the park.
Will it be busier the Monday before Thanksgiving or a weekday in December?

It is very much weather depending. I would say Monday before Thanksgiving will be less crowded than Christmas week. But a normal week day in December will likely be slow while most schools are in session.
