We rode at lunch time (12:30) and should have packed some snacks or eaten before we got on the train because it took a while to get our food. The wait was eased for the adults by the amazing views and we occupied the kids...More

They are assigned. You do want to be river side it is the best view.

We will be driving from Colorado Springs to Mount Princeton in Nathrop. What's the best route to take to stop at the Royal gorge bridge on our way to Nathrop? Is it completely out-of-the-way?? Thanks!!

No, that's not completely out of your way. Interstate 25 south will get you to Canon city. and then off to the west to your final destination. I'm unsure of how highway 115 is. I- 25 is very scenic. I think it's highway... More
