4 of us stumbled upon when looking for something to do. The whole experience was a complete joy. It was not an event I would have likely not bothered. We took the tour and enjoyed the samples.

My sister, her husband and a friend from Wisconsin came to visit last month. We took them for an enjoyable tour of the factory. The tour guide was kind and courteous as one of the group was in a wheel chair.

One of the highlights of our trip to Boulder. I loved the tea sampling room, found some new favorites. The tour was great - hairnets are required. It starts with a 10 minute film about the company's history and then takes you through the factory...More

My grandchildren have taken this tour several times and told me that I'd love it. I did. You begin the tour sampling teas while looking at the paintings that were used on the packaging. There really is something for every age to enjoy on the...More

Well done tour which ends as you might suspect in the gift shop. That being said both the tour and the shop were excellent Who knew that most of their tea is not tea?

I have a 1 year old and i see it states that only 5 years old and older are allowed in factory floor. Are their other parts of the tour we can go on? What exactly is the tour center? I don't want to show up and can only go to the gift shop.

No. It is a working factory. There are no grounds, etc to visit. It is a working factory. Tasting room would be okay - but nothing for a one year old. Go to Leanin; Tree down the street.

No need for a reservation except for very large groups. I'd give them a call IF you are on a tight schedule or need a special time. Have fun and enjoy. It's a great tour.
