Fun place to visit. Restaurant and outbuildings not always open. Mint room is intoxicating. Fun to buy teas not available elsewhere. Have to wear a hairnet.

No. It is a working factory. There are no grounds, etc to visit. It is a working factory. Tasting room would be okay - but nothing for a one year old. Go to Leanin; Tree down the street.

No need for a reservation except for very large groups. I'd give them a call IF you are on a tight schedule or need a special time. Have fun and enjoy. It's a great tour.
