Situated in the heart of an energetic city is beautiful, historic Downtown Boulder. At the heart of Downtown Boulder is the Pearl Street Mall, a wonderfully charismatic four-block-long pedestrian mall that celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2007. Colorful, bright flowers fill the mall almost the entire year and street performers, with a multitude of talents, make the Pearl Street Mall one of the best people-watching destinations anywhere.

Dropped in whilst passing through Boulder. Good atmosphere with live bands and bustling market stalls. Didn't have much time to check out everything but will definitely return for a closer look next time I'm in the area.

then you haven't seen Boulder. Fantastic art from the locals with tasty food and drink, and the best people watching ANYWHERE. Buskers and street musicians entertain patrons of all ages. Esp good on CU Football days.

The mall and surrounding blocks are beautifully landscaped and many people were enjoying it on a weekday morning. Nice shoe and clothing stores, as well as more eclectic choices. Lots of places to eat. The art deco city hall is in the center.

If you are talking about in the Pearl Street Mall, I’m not sure - I don’t live on the West Coast, so I have very limited knowledge about the mall, other than it’s enjoyable-ness!
