Situated in the heart of an energetic city is beautiful, historic Downtown Boulder. At the heart of Downtown Boulder is the Pearl Street Mall, a wonderfully charismatic four-block-long pedestrian mall that celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2007. Colorful, bright flowers fill the mall almost the entire year and street performers, with a multitude of talents, make the Pearl Street Mall one of the best people-watching destinations anywhere.

Visited on a Saturday, and it was busy, with a lot of people, and street performers. Spent more money than expected, as there were too many cool shops!

It's a little smaller than the 16th Street Mall in Denver but you can tell it is nicer. Has a more intimate vibe.

Lots of shops, restaurants, and street performers. Laid back area to experience the local culture. You could easily spend all day in this college town, and see all kinds of things which will have you talking about them once you get home.

Shopped the Pearl Street Mall. It's full of a lot of local small shops and restaurants along with some restuant chains. Nice mix of locals and tourists. Very wekk kept and always something going on.

Fun area for shopping, grabbing a drink or dinner or just people watching. Most of the district is a closed street so easy to get around.
