Lots of local stores for window shopping and real shopping, as well as a lot of places to eat and drink on this pedestrian mall. But the best part is people watching and the street entertainers

Love meandering down Pearl street mall, taking in the street musicians and performers, popping into nice shops along the way. Add lunch at Oak and you have yourself a fun afternoon.

I really enjoyed walking and shopping with my wife. More places like this need to exist in the world. It reminded us of our recent trip to Europe.

I think as long as the shops are open and the weather is good that anytime should be fine.

I think lunch time since there are several really nice places to eat. But anytime is great. Store hours vary. There is always something going on. Have fun.
