I found Beaver Creek very underwhelming. My kids did 3 days in the ski school. They call it the Ivy League of ski school, hardly. My daughters instructors were fairly unfriendly and seemed completely disengaged. The ski area is very small and split up. Be prepared to either take a bus or pole it if you want to go to... More

We got the 4-day epic season pass which grants you access to essentially all of the lifts in the area. Beaver creek is part of a much larger network of resorts, including arrowhead, bachelors gulch, and Avon, that can all be accessed. Parking at arrowhead is free, so it's best to start there and work your way over to beaver... More

It's been a few years since I've skied here, but I visited the village for a look around this month, while visiting my parents, and it's still a lovely place to come for a visit. They do free cookies for an hour in the afternoon (2 or 3pm?) and it offers a nice place to walk around at night.

Very family oriented. Attention is great, runs are fantastic and superbly groomed. Not too hard to sky but there are runs for the experts. Lines are ok. My favorite ski resort.

This was our first time in Beaver Creek as we had always gone to Vail. There are many differences but the ones that most stand out is that we went during peak winter break and there were very few lines on the lifts unlike Vail. I also liked that the staff was extra friendly and they even give out warm... More

We had the Epic Pass, so we did one day at Keystone, one at Vail and the last day at Beaver Creek. We skied mainly Cinch And Centennial at Beaver Creek. We also skied at Larkspur. No lines, great groomed snow conditions. Clear blue sky after two days of two hundred foot visibility.

From the lift attendants to the lovely lady handing out kleenex as you enter the chalet (really!) everyone at Beaver Creek wants to make sure your visit is wonderful....and easy. Tonight, juggling 3 pairs of skiis and two young ladies down to the shuttle a ski school staff person came running to the rescue and walked us to the shuttle.... More

We were snow shoeing in all the wonderful new powder. The trails were challenging, exhausting and oh, so much fun!

We love Beaver Creek, it seems to be less crowded than the other big ski areas. Less lines and more nice long wide cruisers & plenty of bumps for those who want it.
