Huge booths: red walls: huge bar: cocktails galore. Divine 3 cheese pizza to start with. Beef short ribs (tbh had better) were good with roasted vegetables. Absolutely divine and you must get apple pie. Indescribable. Great service. Good music. A classic Italian.

I've been to Jones a few times for dinner and just drinks and it's a fun place. The atmosphere is really the selling point. It has a vintage feel with the red velvet and minimal lighting. The bar area is really open and loungy, and there's a second dining area that's not as dim and more like a diner. Don't leave... More

When you first drive by you may think it's shut but it's not, so go park your car and head in. This place has a really cool vibe to it. Like old Hollywood. A bit grungy almost but really cool, with loud music and a full packed bar. The booths are really cute, it's dimly lit with brick wall interiors.... More

You're gonna feel cool in here. It's a really neat atmosphere. Kinda old twenties bar meets little Italy. The prices were a little high, but can you put a price on being cooler than everyone else? I didn't think so. The food was delicious, with the spaghetti and meatballs coming in first place. Great place to go with a group... More

We were visiting LA from UK with friends. After reading reviews for a whole host of restaurants we plumped for Jones. We were not disappointed. When we arrived we found it tricky to tell if it was open and where the way in was located. This added to the hidden 'in the know' feeling since I don't believe they pick... More

A wonderful place to eat . The appetizers were delicious, we sampled the artichokes and the ahi tuna, excellent. We shared the Bronzino fish entree, also delicious. The bread(some kind of pita) will melt in your mouth.

Had a business dinner with a close colleague. Upon entering I was impressed with the very intimate atmosphere. Tables are small but not uncomfortable leaving a bit of space between plates. The restaurant has a good system down of using bench seating in the bar area for holding waiting customers, the area of comfortable and makes you feel that you... More

Been here a few years ago for drinks, brought an out of town couple for dinner. Food was very good, surprised by the pizza in a non-Italian restaurant. Wine list not bad and service was excellent. Be here more often if I didn't live in the Valley.

My favorite restaurant in all of LA. I always find myself having dinner here as my pre going out place and I end up staying until close. The food is delicious, the service is amazing, the atmosphere sexy, the music fun, the drinks perfect, but mostly it makes you feel at home. Everyone is so welcoming. Thank you Jones for... More

Staying in West Hollywood

Neighbourhood Profile
West Hollywood
For years, West Hollywood has been known as a hub for the LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Today it still maintains the title, but has also become the “it” neighborhood for the entertainment industry’s up-and-comers. Producers, directors, writers and aspiring actors call this area home. Known for great boutique shopping, vintage clothing stores, home décor shops and fitness studios, West Hollywood is a grid of wide boulevards and narrow residential streets. The neighborhood also has a concentration of the most avant-garde restaurants in Los Angeles (rivaled only by the burgeoning restaurant scene Downtown). A trip to the iconic Sunset Strip, with its many clubs, music venues, hotels and flashing lights won’t be forgotten.
