We love to go to Ruth Bancroft’s succulent garden. There are so many interesting species, and something is always in bloom. I love the geometry of so many of the plants. They have a nice area of plants for sale as well!

It's nice but, for an avid gardener, not that interesting. It might be more interesting at other times of the year but, I just didn't see it.

It was fun to walk through the garden and see so many unusual plants. We took a friend who needed some time to help heal and get some much needed time in nature. It was a rewarding adventure.

I love the idea and history behind this garden. However, the map they provide is difficult to follow and not everything is identified. The sale area is cool though with some unique though often expensive offerings.

Unique display of cactus and succulents. A must do place for visitors staying with us. Walking around it is amazing the various types of these plants that are on display. They also have a wonderful nursery where you can but plants!

It is awesome that Walnut Creek has this little gem so close to downtown to keep Ruth Bancroft's legacy going. Certainly worth a pit stop to enjoy the scenery and open space.
