Refused entry. You have to book a month in advance! We had all our passports, driving licences, utility bills, bank details etc. A long way travelled just to look in a visitor centre.

The visitor centre is ok but quite small. The booked tour is brilliant. Having been once, I have no desire to return but it is well worth a visit. Very informative, friendly staff, fascinating to learn about nuclear power. It's a real eye opener and...More

The tour started at 1.30pm and finished at 4.00pm but could have been completed in half the time. More could, and should, have been said in the lecture theatre rather than standing around on site. I could certainly have done without being told about the...More

Wanted to visit the Power Station as it does look impressive. The Exhibition was fairly small but very informative. I think it was more directed to children and would give them a good knowledge of Nuclear Power putting it into language they would understand. As...More

This was an excellent tour around the Dungeness power station. You have to book 3 weeks ahead due to security etc but it’s worth planning it in to your trip. The guide was really knowledgable and you are well looked after with all the kit...More

Firstly the booking service offered via email is superb - a very helpful lady answered my (idiot) questions and found a tour to suit myself and teenage son (who is planning ahead for possible careers). Had to wait two months - not too bad. Secondly...More

A very well organised tour and with only five visitors to a guide it is easy to understand the live commentary via ear pieces and to see everything. With a 1.5 mile walk taking just over 1.5 hours there is a lot to see.

thank you so much, yes, I did just that - turns out the girl running the visitor centre has been and is still off sick for a few weeks which is why I'd never had a reply, but the tour's on and we're looking forward to it... More
