Not a family friendly place. Canceled this place's membership. Had they implemented this "only 21 and over" (including infants) two months ago when we joined. We would have never joined. As our very special princess who is 15 yr old loves to come with us to Temecula. Disappointed is an understatement and it will take years before we ever try again if at all to come back here. No where in the grounds can we be, except far away at a "picnic area" and the restaurant (wait time 2 hour standing outside the building) 👎👎👎👎👎👎 you can get better wine at Costco for $12 (92+ points)

I was at Robert Renzoni most recently for a wine tasting with a large group of women on a Friday right as they opened at 11am. I'd been here numerous times to eat and enjoy wine/music on the patio but surprisingly, had never had a tasting here.

The large tasting room is rustic yet elegant, with vaulted ceilings and lots of room to wander around and check out their home/gift items. I love that they have a woman winemaker and that Robert Renzoni is Southern California's first totally solar-powered winery!

Brian served our group of about 20 and he was great at juggling it all! It was hard to choose a favorite, but I especially enjoyed the 2022 Cantata (Sauv Blanc/Viognier blend) and the 2020 Syrah. The marinara and crunchy little breadsticks in between sips was a nice touch and especially appreciated!

We've always enjoyed excellent food on the patio at Mama Rosa's Trattoria. The ambiance is great and they have some wonderful live music on the weekends. I am disappointed that they've made the front patio areas 21+ Friday-Sunday. I agree with another reviewer that I've never witnessed a problem with disruptive children...whereas drunken bachelorette groups can sometimes be the worst!

Overall, Robert Renzoni is 5-star with great wine, food and ambiance.

This is a MUST SEE on your list in Temecula. The focus on reds and their forte is Italian style wines. The tasting was wonderful and we enjoyed their super-Tuscans so much. The restaurant was a huge surprise! You order from the counter like take-out, but when they deliver to your table it is soooo much better than you can imagine. Really good Italian, but be sure to get a reservation. The view is wonderful.

I come from a family of wine makers so this place was such a great find. The Italian design of the buildings and the family history in the wine business in the US ( back in New York pre prohibition to start) all made it all the more special ...
WE were looked after by Logan who guided us carefully through the wines and then gave us the best recommedatins for the restaurant which had great pizzas...and a sensations "eggplant breaded sticks" that were amazing.... topped off with a view of the vineyard that looked so like somewhere in Tuscany it was uncanny

We were two couples from Canada staying in Palm Desert. We decided to take a drive up to Temecula and visit 2 or 3 wineries. We drove up with a list of 7 wineries to choose from and started at Robert Renzoni.

We were welcomed by Sabina and decided, with her encouragement, to purchase a tasting of 5 wines for each couple. She was very helpful making suggestions on what to choose, was generous with her pours and incredibly entertaining - keeping us laughing with countless stories throughout the course of our visit. It was somewhat busy at the time and whenever she felt we were being made to wait, she would zip up to us and offer a taste of other wines that we hadn’t even chosen. Before we knew it, we had spent close to 90 minutes in the tasting room and had tasted many more of the red wines offered than we had expected to taste. We enjoyed every one of them! One thing we did realize, was that we weren’t going to be visiting any other wineries this trip. Instead, we purchased a bottle of Syrah from Sabina, found a table on the patio and ordered a couple of pizzas, which were very nice.

The whole experience made for a great afternoon. We all felt that Sabina had treated us to one of the best wine tastings any of us had ever done and we have done tastings all over the world!

Based on our day there, the next trip to Temecula will present the dilemma of whether we try some of the other wineries or just head back to Robert Renzoni.

We used to love coming here for lunch and a glass of wine , but the food prices are now beyond ridiculous. One meal sized salad cost us $30 , and that includes our wine Club discount! They even charged us $2 for a tiny cup of extra salad dressing. The food is good, but this is an order it at the counter restaurant, not a full service place. The wine here is very good, especially the reds. However, we don't come just for the wine. We would like to get a good meal at a fair price too. I know inflation has caused prices to rise, but this is way too much.

The love of my life brought me here with his mom. What an amazing winery. The food was exceptional and the wine tasting experience was unbelievable. Can not wait until I can be reunited with my Southern California Family and enjoy a nice glass of wine

Great winery with fabulous service. The red wines are tasty and there are many from which to choose. Brian hosted our tasting and he was fun and entertaining. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and have a meal.
