This is a short hike (on a closed road) to see a great view, and well worth the time and energy. Easy to get to... and when you get to the top, make sure you walk around the trail.

We took our three year old up this trail with a stroller. A nice short hike (1/2 mile maybe). Fantastic panoramic views of Crystal Bay and Agate Bay. There were wind surfers above us. We will have to do it again.

It is a bit difficult to find the road to where to park before beginning your hike. Park is very limited on a rather narrow street. Once you have parked you must hike to the top.once at the top, the view is breath taking...very spectacular...More

You must climb up Stateline Lookout. I think I took a few hundred pictures. Once on top we thought we were going to cry. The view was just unreal, truly breathtaking!!

Altho a bit hard to find (Reservoir Road is just east of the Tahoe Biltmore), there is adequate parking space -- though right on the narrow street. The views across Crystal Bay were great as well as the views at the top of the lookout...More
