Everybody should take a look at this museum. These people really know what they are doing. Take a whole day to look around. Many things to look at.

this is the place to go when you want to learn a little bit about the local history of Taft oilfields; great memorabilia, pictures and interesting history

The tours are amazing make sure and get one, the lady's know their stuff and will blow away what you think you know about oil and how crucial it is in everything in our homes.

Drive out to Taft and you'll find a huge oil field. A surprise for us. Then we found this place which is quite interesting. Love old contraptions!
