Yes, and I will tell all here. My brother left me at this park. He was playing tennis and left me as I played on the playground. It seemed to be a long time, I looked for him, he had gone home. Thanks Fred! ... On the other hand, I loved the park as a kid, have many fond memories here, and lived right across the street!

Serra Park is a nice, updated, clean and fun place for kids of all ages. They have a small area for toddlers and a large play ground for slightly bigger kids. The play sculpture has lots of climbing areas, from up a rocket tubes to sideways wall climbing holes to a very large rock that kids can feel very accomplished at tackling. There are some swings as well as a water area but due to the current drought the water is turned off. Tennis courts are nearby as well as a big kids area across the grass. Bathrooms are right next to the kids play area.

This is a nice park with a great playground for the kids and a slightly wooded picnic area. But if you're a tree nerd, then definitely go visit the exceptional coast live oaks in between the parking lot (along The Dalles) and Hollenbeck Rd. These are some of the best coast live oak trees in Sunnnyvale.

The park was spacious with playground equipment and grassy areas. A great place for children to run around, fly a kite, throw frisbees to people and to your pet dog.

Sunnyvale has lots of nice parks in the residential areas, with picnic area reservable by Sunnyvale residents. Some picnic sites are non-reservable and first-come, first-served. In any case, even the people with reservations are typically done with their locations by late afternoon, so if you don't have a reservation.... that's the time to show up if you want a picnic table. Serra is a favorite with a small artificial stream of water for kids play in, and tennis courts too.

This park has tenis courts and picnic areas. If you have a group, you can reserve and anre for a fee. If not, show up early and select from tables not reserved. We had people that were in our reserved space. They had the area's BBQ with nice coals already for us when we started showing up. We let them cook and then added more charcoal to the BBQ to cook our own food.

Flush toilets and running water.

We would bring our kids here all the time. When we used to go, they didn't have signs that said no playing in the water. I still see people doing it all the time. Great place for little kids to play

Serra Park is fantastic and perfect if you want to walk. There are paths and the trees are lovely. Parking was available and I felt very safe. I will definitely return.

I always liked Serra Park for the water feature the kids enjoy, but is it also a nice place to walk around. I plan to reserve some tables and have a party for my children's birthdays in the coming years. That's the kind of place this is.
