The new SFO Polaris lounge lives up to all expectations. United has come through brilliantly. Spacious and inviting with top shelf champagne and cocktails. The food selection far surpasses the high bar set by the Amex centurion lounges. A fantastic success!

The food on offer was self service and horrible. There was nowhere to sit. The bar was not only not free, but very expensive. This is not what I expect for a £6800 return Business-class ticket.
