Lame food, unfriendly service, cash bar, annoying wifi and super super crowded. Plugs and USB chargers often not working. Go to AMEX Centurion Lounge instead

Used the club just to relax before or flight. We had 2 hours, so found a nice quiet corner late in evening. We were able to get a drink. Club was not crowded. We were a group of 7. Would use again.

We had about six ours to kill in SFO, so headed straight to the United Club. There are two Clubs located at the airport, so make sure you find the larger one, as sometimes the smaller Club gets way too crowded. The "sweet spot" time...More

I have been to the United Lounge in the international terminal in SFO many times, and every time I have had an awful experience with Ferry. I am Irish and we don't have a culture of tipping because we pay our hospitality staff a fair...More

Again a very crowded lounge like the domestic one. Food selection for breakfast was limited. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall United can definitely do better with the quality of its lounges in SFO.
