Overview
More
Ram's Gate Winery embodies the convergence of great wine, design and hospitality. Situated at the historic gateway to the Carneros region, Ram's Gate was created with the belief that in a world obsessed with making things faster, where speed is valued above all else, a delicious wine is the way to press pause - to savor and enjoy what we love most. Amidst sweeping views of the surrounding vineyards, we offer a portfolio of estate and single vineyard wines made from the grapes of the region's marquee vineyards. Open Thursdays-Mondays, 11am-6pm.

We went here with a party of 20. It was a quiet night and we arrived at nightfall. We got a glimpse of the stunning views, must be better in full daylight, did a tour in de cellar with a tasting of some barrel samples,...More

Picturesque views from the main tasting room, and the charcuterie board was top notch, carefully delivered and presented by a server from their kitchen with love in the hands. However, that’s where my praise ends. As we were greeted in the main entrance, we were...More

Beautiful property with a lovely, friendly staff. Tasting list has an average number of offerings but it’s quite expensive. Tasted the (4) Pinot Noir’s. Not noteworthy, did not go home with a bottle. Minimum bottle price $34, with an average price of $62 a bottle.

This place is pretty neat. It’s built to look like a barn, and it has a big fireplace. Very cozy place to hang out and sample some wine. 4 wines for $40, so I thought that was a little steep given some of the others...More

My family and I visited Ram's gate in August on a Sunday and we had a great time. With great weather, we opted to sit outside and instead of doing tastings for 7 people, we ended up getting 2 bottles and some finger food. We...More

On the top of a hill in Sonoma there sits a beautiful winery. You'll drive up the Tuscan style road to a experience that will have you want to stay all day. The winery is aesthetically pleasing on so many levels. The architecture is

Our first stop here in Sonoma and it is here at Ram’s Gate. About a 1/4 mile from Sonoma Raceway. This beautiful nicely appointed winery has a nice lobby/greeting area, and we received a nice table over looking the vines. Our hostess/Server SUMMER was kind,...More

Stopped here on our way to our AirBNB but not worth the cost or time. Felt like we were putting the waitstaff out by having to serve us. Wine just ok.
