For only $5/adult it was interesting to take the self-guided tour through the Mission. A very interesting history. It's pretty much in downtown Solvang, so no need to drive outside of the main downtown core.

While driving back from Carmel we decided to visit and tour all missions between Carmel and Brea. We visited old Mission Santa Ines. The history of California comes alive when you visit these missions and they are beautiful too.

My husband and I attempted to take the self guided tour and our stroller would not fit through the door. Only one of the two doors was open. The lady working completely ignored me when was trying to see if she could help. Being that there was no one else in there besides her and I don't think it was... More

Nice to stop and enjoy the view and history of the place. They have a mini tour and a fee to enter the church with the mini museum. Entrance is from the souvenir shop. maybe spend about 45mins to an hour at this place.

Stop by for a quick visit to the church. Since it's not Sunday, there's a $5 entrance to see the mini museum they have and was able to visit the church. Gift shop has lots of neat religious stuff.

A great trip to the Santa Ines mission in Solvang California. The people in the gift shop are very nice. The tour was only $5.00 per adult. A good value for your dollar. Enjoy

It is anazing regarding available building materials. The mission is a place of worship and plays an important place in Californiz history.

My family and I did not do the tour but we did go to the Spanish mass. We got there as it was coming to an end. We walked through the rose garden area with our baby in her stroller and walked the stations of the cross with her in her stroller. Great walk, beautiful mission. Must see while in... More

A little bias about this place, being a local resident and A Catholic. Has a beautiful museum full of local chumash culture and artifacts. Also nice view of the Santa Ynez river and Refugio mtns. Great little gift shop. Great rest stop while in the valley.
