our family really enjoyed an afternoon of walking through the many exhibitions, there is something for everyone. The planes are the best part but the the library is rich in history.

We also had our own rental car, but from what I have heard Supreme Tours is a good company with a good reputation. You might look them up on Trip Advisor or something to see if they have any reviews.

No. I'm afraid there is no shuttle. Uber would be the most convenient option.
