Lynmar offers elegant wines in an exceptional setting. The tasting room is open and breezy, placed neatly amidst the rolling hills of the vineyard; the earth complements the room and enhances the tasting experience. As often noted, the gardens just outside the tasting room are also nice. Alas, due to the tasting room's popularity, you must now make reservations before... More

Enjoyed their pinot noirs and the walk around the grounds. However, their wine tasting fee is relatively expensive and no discount was given when we bought three bottles of their wine.

I had never heard of Lynmar; I knew nothing of it but our concierge recommended it for one of our tastings. What a pleasant surprise. This winery was quaint, charming, had some great Sauvignon Blancs and the service was outstanding. Terrific experience and I would highly recommend it!

Let's start off by saying if you like Chardonnay or Pinot Noir then you need to stop here for a tasting. Very highly rated wines and for a good reason. Phenomenal staff and wines are outstanding. Great snacks and charcuterie to enjoy with your wines as well. Beautiful vineyard with lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the vista.

Having visited Lynmar a number of times, we find most of their wines to be excellent. They are pricey, but worth it if you appreciate upper end wines and can shell out a few more dollars. Some of their pinots are outstanding. The chardonnays tend to be over oaked. The tasting area inside is elegant. Outside the views are peaceful... More

Lynmar has the best Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays in the area. Estate grown fruit and a fabulous winemaker results in a wine that is layered and complex. The dedication to quality leads to limited amounts of the wine being available. You won't find this wine in your local liquor store. The tasting room requires advance reservations but don't let that... More

My wife and I reserved a private tasting, and the experience was great. We first got a tour of the whole winery. They even take you on the "gator" (a 4x4 vehicle) so you can get a view of the various plots and see where bottling takes place. After our tour, we were led to a private room and allowed... More

We had a chef prepared lunch on the vineyard patio. I couldn't even get over the stunning views of the vineyards and the estate gardens. We wandered through the garden a bit, along some vines. Completely gorgeous. Lunch was delicious, each course paired with wine. The popcorn treat was the best!

I have been to Lynmar many times and highly recommend it as a beautiful spot for a glass of wine. The wines, though, are only average, and the customer service is a parody of wine country snobbishness.

The wine and location were fine, but I was disappointed in the treatment. I had a single tasting, bought 2 bottles and a charcuterie plate (total over $100) and they still charged the tasting fee. Cheap. It isn't about the money, but on principal I won't be back. I wouldn't have gone in the first place had I known. There... More

Thank you for your review. I would like to explain our practice of charging for the wine in our tasting room. We are a small family owned winery, dedicated to excellence, with limited production, about 10,000 cases a year, less during a lean year. This means that the sale and pouring of the wine has to cover all our costs... More
