Wife and I played Black Horse while vacationing in the area. We also played here about 6 years ago. Black Horse is supposedly the little brother to the big boy - Bayonet. I don't know about that, but it is a very different golf experience....More

Nice course. Rough is tough, so stay in fairway. Greens were good. Sand traps were fair. Staff was friendly

Very nice and challenging layout. You have to keep it in the fairway or it's going to troubles. Do not expect to put well if don't know the greens or at least you are playing with someone that knows them. I had a great time...More

Yes. I played as a single on the 5th of September at 8:00 AM. It took less than three hours for 18 holes. I guess it depends if it is crowded or not.
