The views make me think back to rolling hillsides, passing through Europe. Sure, it's California. So, it's no wonder we have something this wonderful, right in our own back yard. I especially like Happy Canyon Road.

Beautiful scenery, great drive, lots to look at. The road has lots of curves, not too good for the car sick person. Lots of great vineyards, as well as farms, and campgrounds. It was a very enjoyable day.

The valley meant for families a great place to raise children. Great schools, a close knit community and an active youth sports programs. Wine tasting and fine dining all that you could want

No snobs here - either behind the counters or even in front of them. What a pleasure. Great pinot noir almost everywhere. Lots of grenache. Syrah Cab blends are a treat. Los Olivos may be the sweetest wine country town ever. Solvang is highly unusual with its Danish culture.

We had a blast touring all the different vineyards and tasting rooms. We could only scrape the surface of all the amazing places. We are planning a 2nd trip the end on January to head out on our own and adventure. I would recommend taking a tour so you don't miss any of the amazing vineyards. Lots of fun!! Do... More
