Besides being a great place for picnics we love riding our bikes or walking around the lake. Early mornings and fall days are the best!

Spring Lake park boasts multiple trails which are suitable for hiking, biking and equestrians. There are also multiple picnic areas, camping facilities, a "swimming hole", and other entertainment options. I prefer exploring the park by roaming the trails. You have your choice of well-groomed trails...More

We visited the children's play area and found it clean, well-attended with other families, and with interesting infrastructure. Walk up the hill a bit and you can visit the resident calf, goat, and pig all attended to by young teenagers. Parking is no problem if...More

Nice leisurely stroll. I haven't been on the lake as it is quite small and not worth taking the kayaks out on it.

So beautiful. Great place for family or alone time without electronics!! We use to walk around the lake, now we are content to walk. Great place to walk your dog-please remember to "scoop"!!

This is one of the best hiking trails in Santa Rosa. If you are out of the area and want a beautiful walk along a lake, this is the place to go.

You can definitely hang out but no swimming after Labor Day. Bring a picnic, hike, relax.
