It is conveniently located and an easy walk. I enjoyed having plenty of room and the wharf was not overcrowded with tourist items. The sea lions are fun to watch.

I have been going to the Santa Cruz Wharf since I was a teen. Lots to see and do, plus some great places to eat. Our favorite is Gilda's a life long wharf institution.

January/Feb. is crowd less at the Wharf and Boardwalk. Many shops still closed except on weekends. Golf area and cafe open. Arcade being renovated during our visit and was closed.

Stroll the boardwalk for excellent food and drink menus, beachwear and souvenir options, and experience the sea lions frolicking by the wharf.
