It was so difficult to find parking!!!!! After that though it was nice and fun to visit. But seriously looking for an hour for parking kind of sucked all the fun out of the visit

This amusement park contains the oldest still operational wood roller coaster. The park is good for all ages, serves beer and has a free music series during the summer.

This is NOT a wintertime, weekday destination. All the rides were closed as were many of the shops but the arcade was open late. We didn't come to hang on the Boardwalk so there was no disappointment. It still rocks from March through October though.

This was such a great surprise. First, parking was super easy-right at the location and plenty of it. $10 for the whole day. The boardwalk is right along the beach and offers tons of great food (fair type food like cotton candy, make your own slushies,...More

It's like a time warp. This beautiful setting, golden beach and this clearly retro amusement park all spread out before you . The people watching is fabulous and so is the view.

It's a typical seaside boardwalk with typical overpriced boardwalk food, rides, arcades and tsatske shops. It's a perfectly fine place for a few hours of family entertainment. I happen to like typical seaside boardwalks so the Santa Cruz boardwalk is fine by me!

Very easy, enjoyable walk. Saw the sea lions in the water and also under the wharf lying on the joists. Lovely view of the beachfront. There were shops if you wished.

This was a fun place to visit however was much smaller than we imagined from the photographs. You wouldn’t need too long here but Santa Cruz was a nice stop off on our road trip.

Yes! You can definitely bring ice chests onto the beach or Boardwalk. The City of Santa Cruz has rules for the beach (no smoking, alcohol, dogs, fires, etc.) but ice chests are fine!

It didn't seem that long. It was less than an hour. And it was totally worth it.

I would say there going to be pretty long. Even though a lot of kids will be in school with the discounted prices that brings more people. There are so many other things to do, you'll have a great time.
