Very easy, enjoyable walk. Saw the sea lions in the water and also under the wharf lying on the joists. Lovely view of the beachfront. There were shops if you wished.

This was a fun place to visit however was much smaller than we imagined from the photographs. You wouldn’t need too long here but Santa Cruz was a nice stop off on our road trip.

Reached there at 10AM in the morning when nothing was open and hardly any tourists. By 12 the place was chirpy. Loved the offering of food, fun, pleasure the place can offer you irrespective of your age group or mood for the day. Not easily...More

November long weekend and most of the boardwalk was closed! But the mini golf and arcade was still open. Can only imagine the crowds and din when the place is full of people. Interesting just to see.

Enjoyed hiking. Go with some chocs and drinks. Nice to watch the rough sea. Wear warm clothes in winter. Air is ultra cool.

Beautiful sights and a great way to stretch out. I really enjoyed walking along the boardwalk. Something you don't want to miss when visiting.

My son and I went during the chili cookoff in late October and had a great time. Waits for the ride were about 5-20 (most were 10 minutes or less) and the staff were great.

Yes! You can definitely bring ice chests onto the beach or Boardwalk. The City of Santa Cruz has rules for the beach (no smoking, alcohol, dogs, fires, etc.) but ice chests are fine!

It didn't seem that long. It was less than an hour. And it was totally worth it.

I would say there going to be pretty long. Even though a lot of kids will be in school with the discounted prices that brings more people. There are so many other things to do, you'll have a great time.
