Beautiful small place with some good spots. Was in a good shape in the first visit but realized this time that the place is still recovering from last years flood.

A nice Japanese garden located in a large park with a zoo, and museums. It's a bit hard to find the first time. It is located near the museum. Pay parking ($5). There is quite a bit of construction in March 2018, due to flooding...More

I have been here many times and enjoy the beautiful landscape and koi fish pond. April is nice when the azaleas are in bloom but I like fall too when you can see the fall colors

I've been going to the Japanese Friendship Garden for over thirty years. The quiet beauty of the garden calms my nerves and brings me peace. Although it could, the garden has never been touristy. Just a wonderful place that local residents love to visit.

This is a lovely little park. Haven't been here in awhile, so don't know if they've totally recovered from last years flood. But it's well worth a visit, especially in the Spring.

A friend recommended this place, and I think in other times of the year it would be gorgeous. In December, however, the was a lot of maintenance and many areas were closed. It was still lovely, but I would suggest coming here at another time....More

A great place to have a picnic and walk around the park. A great place for pictures (prom, wedding etc). Children will enjoy watching the gold fishes in the pond.
