We had such a fun visit to Chappellet. The wine was delicious, the facilities were really interesting to see and the tasting room with the artwork was really unique. It's off the beaten path a little bit, but it's worth making your up the hill for some great wine.

We love Chappellet Cabernet and were very excited for our tasting and tour. It was top of our list of vineyards to visit during our third trip to Napa; however, we left disappointed. They do not offer any Cabernets on their tasting menu. The wines that they do offer were average, in my opinion, and only available via their wine... More

You do need to pay attention to the directions you are given in order to get here, but once here you will find one of the better tours I've ever been on at a winery as well as great wines for tasting. I am no expert, but have been to many wineries in a bunch of countries all over the... More

Last minute stop they were not doing any more tasting but they were so courteous and friendly, Sam shared short version of their history, let us walk around inside and their vineyards. I have to come back it's hard to find but I will be back

It was a rainy Saturday when we came but that didn't stop our experience at Chappellet being one of the best! Our tour guide was wonderful, so knowledgeable and allowed the group to be engaged in the experience. We did tastings around the barrel room and then sat down at a giant table for more tastings. The wine was amazing,... More

If you get a chance to call and set up a tour, then do👏👏👏 Great tour and history of the Chappellet family and wine. Staff super friendly and very good selection of wines. This has been my third time visiting and I'm never disappointed.

Let's start by stating that the reservation process for getting an appointment was quite the cat and mouse game. They failed to send the directions in an email and it took us 45 minutes to find. I am especially gifted with navigation, but the area of the winery has no cell service so there is no using your cell phone... More

I would definitely recommend this winery. It is a little off the beaten path but so worth the beautiful drive up the mountain. Stunning views and wines that are fantastic. We loved Ivana as our guide.

Chappellet is off the beaten path and up in the hills. This winery was recommended to me by a friend who works in the NY restaurant industry. Their wine is superb and I liked all that I tasted, we walked out with 3 different bottles. The tasting was highly educational and well worth the money. If you want to do... More

Although somewhat expensive for us, these wines are truly high quality. It is open for private visits only, so call ahead. Sam, our guide, was both personable and knowledgable. We were so persuaded by the wines that we joined a membership that gives us 24 bottles a year. Especially noteworthy reds.
