We found wonderful gifts for our daughter, the chef. She loved it, we loved it. Excellent experience and artifacts. We didn't attend any classes but the shopping experience was great. We've been twice.

Hi We will be touring the wine country again this year and last year we were too early to dine(Sept). However this year we will be in the area May 10 thru the 13 and would like to dine at the Institute. The last time we were going to dine a the institute after we had made reservations we were called and told that the school would not be serving that night. Then the day that we were to dine we had a late call from the Institute asking if we were still planning on dining that night. Then I learned that the institute had a new reservation system that was not functioning correctly. Any way we would like to make reservations for 1 night between May 1o and the 13th.

Agree with the previous comments. Strongly recommend that you make a reservation at the conservatory where the students are making every effort to create a more elegant environment in a beautiful setting.

Hi we will by coming to your resort next week. It doesn't look like the weather will be super warm and there will be a fair amount of rain coming through. Are any of your pools heated? I like to exercise in the water. Thanks!
