They only do demonstrations twice on weekends so we could not experience that or eat much. I did split a sandwich with a tour mate and it was good.

We enjoyed the CIA! Nice atmosphere with an average staff. Food was excellent! Our group enjoyed the lamb, pork chops, salmon. All very delicious!

With a visit to this CIA, I have visited all the CIAs in the USA. We were there early afternoon so we settled for a lunch at the cafe. It was all good. My food came from an instructor although served by students. Highly recommended....More

Great gem to go and enjoy the breakfast from the future iron chefs. All we tried was tasty and guilt free (wink, wink). Their service was superbe! Really enjoyable place and food!

Exploring the culinary institute,all I heard are fine China polishing,silverwares clanging and future chefs demonstrations and the aroma of baked goodies. Very helpful chef even volunteered to take our pictures😍

We stopped for dinner at 5:30 pm on a Friday and were accommodated for dinner. The restaurant is staffed by students and supervised by competent staff. They offer 3 or 4 course meals. We decided on a 3 course meal with appetizers, main and dessert....More

Agree with the previous comments. Strongly recommend that you make a reservation at the conservatory where the students are making every effort to create a more elegant environment in a beautiful setting.
