expensive area with huge, beautiful mansions. Good tennis courts in the shade, kid climbing structures, close to City College & mass transportation.

We have a friend who lived near the park, and we would always walk our dogs in the park. It's quiet, full of trees and squirrels, and surrounded by lovely older homes.
