The best spiritual experience.

This is by far the most beautiful cathedral in existence in our area. I love it here and love the work they do with the community.

Take a moment to stop by and see the beautiful design and architecture of this building. Allow extra time to find parking as minimal is available right around the church. One way streets may also slow down the hunt for a space, but well worth the time.

You may have to time your visit by mass times...we snuck in and viewed the magnificent interior but a Chinese mass was going on so didn't wander. There are wonderful stained glass windows and an incredible painted ceiling.

The Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Sacramento is my church away from home. When I'm in Sacramento on Sundays, this is where you can find me. The interior of the church reminds me of the grand European churches and is very beautiful. The organ is truly amazing and the choir reminds you of the good old days. They have... More

Simply beautiful. We try to attend mass whenever we are in Sacramento. This parish is within walking distance to many hotels Parking is generally not a problem either.

There are 2 good churches to visit downtown Sacramento. This one happens to be one of them. They also have nice weddings there too. There's plenty of history and art to see here. You can even take a tour that will include this church as well. It may be worth doing that so that you can learn about all the... More

I liked this little cathedral with beautiful paint work. Found a quiet spot to light a candle and do some meditation/ praying. Then the mass started (in Spanish!) Very good energy and also a must see for its beautiful architecture.

As a traveler, but also a Catholic devout, this cathedral was the highlight of my trip. The sacred art encompassed in this place is incredible, from the paintings in the walls, to the stained glass windows, which present different biblical passages. The main altar is beyond beautiful, and mainly the peace and calm you will find here will fill your... More
