Great way to learn something about the history of Sacramento, since this was the home of one of the state's most important historical figures.

Take a step back into the history of our great state and great statemen. Learn more about the Sacramento chapter of the founding fathers and sons of Stanford University. A beautiful victorian home and docent lead historical tour worth the visit.

We visited on museum day, when they allowed self-paced tours. We received good information from the docents, and enjoyed seeing what a wealthy family home from the period looked like.
