Amazing Bridge

Very impressive. Make sure you go over and see the shadows on the dials for time of day. Impressive lite up at night. Take time to visit the garden area.

I've always heard about Sundial Bridge, but never actually visited it. We arrived just before sunset and explored from one side of the bridge to the other. Didn't get to visit aquarium as that was closing when we got there so my review is just of the bridge itself. It was beautiful! And the kids had fun running all over... More

Took a brief walk with my family here (3 kiddos 1.5-8 y/o). Really wish we had more time to spend here, but we were only passing through. Looked like lots of hiking trails and a real nice museum/exploration center/gift shop.

I love to walk across the Sundial bridge when I visit Redding. The views are beautiful. The bridge is is a piece of Redding you should experience. When the bridge was opened to the public in the summer of 2004, the ribbon was cut and my dog was the first dog to walk across. Great Place!

Very nice walk over the Sacramento River. The sundial keeps time on the otherside with the clock. Beautiful walks through the arboretum and Turtle Bay itself. Great for families.

The sculpture marks the time as well as the park itself. The artist creates an invitation to visit and contemplate our time. A great gift.

From the Paul Bunyan kids park to the history and art exhibits in the museum as well as the Arboretum and trails I give this a thumbs up. If you go be sure to enjoy the bridge both in the day and night to get the full effect.

Having spent eight hours in the car, the Sundial Bridge and area surrounding it was a welcome stretch for my legs. It was a beautiful day with many people enjoying the sunshine and architecture.

This place is out of the way yet all the right people know about it. It's a beautiful bridge span construction and the design is amazing. We saw salmon swimming up stream in the river and the park like setting is a nice get away in Redding.
