Our experience started badly with no staff at the bag drop. The phone number listed on the bag drop sign went into voicemail. We literally spent ten minutes on hold with the resort before a human picked up. The shuttle cart came right away and drove us and our clubs to the pro shop. The staff were friendly but didn't... Course was in good condition, just not great. Based on many prior visits, guess I expected a little more. Fairways were full of unfilled divots as were some tee boxes, fairway grass was cut very short, and unlike some of the other courses we played this week had little grass cushion to play off. Greens were decent but a number... More

Really in great shape and staff was exceptionally friendly. Some fun and challenging golf holes...very beautiful. Tough greens...elevated so be careful. I'd love to play it again.

I took my girls for their first real golf playing experience and we all had a great time. The course itself was not the nicest I've played in Palm Springs and in fact we had to do alot of "off-roading" with the golf cart. Nonetheless the my daughters had a great time and we virtually had the whole course to... More

Not sure what happend, but the Pete Dye Mission Hills was a course we taked about coming back to, every time we were about to go golfing to the Palm Springs area. We were out there 2 times asking for tee time, and finally we got 2 times. No range balls when we arrived, when some range balls finally was... More

Dear flebet, It sounds like you visited at the start of our season, in the October or November time frame. We appreciate these comments as they are reflective of our product in the Fall of last year. Recently, we have made some changes that you would appreciate. In December, we got a brand new fleet of golf cars. Each car... More

Course was fun to play and they have a 4 hour round goal and we made it no problem even with a full course. Putting green by the first tee is fairly small so you might want to putt first before heading to the Dye range area. Nice facilities and helpful staff, recommend playing it.

From beginning to end this was an experience to avoid. Upon arrival we were notified by the director of golf that my wife and I couldn't play today because they were having a shot gun start event. Upon this I presented him with a copy of 11:58 reservation through tee times.com. Before allowing us to proceed to the pro shop... More

Not one of Pete's more diabolical layouts. For the most part it is very playable although there are a few very tough holes. Very nice facility, but the service was mediocre and the course conditions were good, but not great.

A typical Pete Dye course, with strategically placed bunkers on the fairways and well protected greens. Very enjoyable but you need to be straight off the tee. Plays a little long due to the well protected greens. Friendly staff and a good pace of play.

The course is convenient to the hotel and rental villas and a shuttle is available if you prefer to leave your car parked. The play tends to be slow due to vacationers and 5 hrs is not unheard of. Conditions are a currently bit better on the Player course.

Dear Ricki21, Thank you for playing our facility! We are happy that you enjoyed your time. Pace of play is our top priority and we typically manage to a 4:15 pace. As our time par, we shoot to meet or beat that time, but rarely go over. As far as course conditions, we are working overtime to get the Pete... More
